1- I usually survey a situation for a bit before I decide if I am going to be a leader or a follower. In this situation, I think I would be a follower, because we already have a lot of strong leaders in our class.
ReplyDelete2- I think our class works really well together. I believe that there may be a bit of a struggle to decide who would be in charge of our stranded group, but in the end I see us choosing a committee to keep everyone organized and checked. I see Rachelle, Nick, and Shoshana as strong leaders with enough of a different style to work well together in leading us. Regan, Nicholas and Shawna will jump in and start organizing supplies from the plane in order to ascertain what will be most useful.
3- I am really good at seeing the larger picture and figuring out a way that things work best. I would function as an advisor.
